Never seen one of these before

I couldn't figure out what this teeny tiny fish was so I e-mail a blogger in this area and he told me it was a Juvenile Rock Mover Wrasse. Hmmmm....he sure doesn't look like the adult. I don't know how I spotted him on the very bottom, I saw a movement and follow it for awhile before deciding it was actually a fish. He looked a lot like sea weed....and did I mention he was tiny!
