Tilehurst Water Tower.

I had to go to Reading today for a meeting ( took me an hour on the M4). It was a very good meeting ( how often can you say that!!), and I spotted this on the way. As I was running a bit late, I hoped that it wouldn't be pouring with rain when I finished so that I could stop and take a quick shot.
