Steps?

I parked opposite this on a visit this morning. I liked the light on the steps and thought I would take it in case I didn't get chance to take anything else ... I didn't. I had intended cloning out the sign but when I put it on the computer it made me chuckle. Isn't the idea of a bungalow that you don't have stairs to climb?
