Oh Oh! what a shame

Someone is at fault but I have no idea who. Shame is the young ladies on the left who have the hassle of sorting out their accident. The other car, which I couldn't see to the right, was a taxi. Driver had back injuries and was airlifted to Southmead Hospital in Bristol.

Judging by the state of the taxi one of them must have been going too fast.
