Heaven is a place on earth

After the bleak, foggy and wet weather of the past few days, once again it is good to see a bit of sun. Nipped over to my favourite place in the area, if not one of my favourite places on Earth, Colliestton.
I have blipped a similar image a good while ago, but you can't get too much of a good thing can you? As I said previosly, Lawrence of Arabia lived here for a good spell in his retirement, in a cottage with no power in it. One of the white ones on the far hillside.
For all the parents up here, with the schools closing today for the 7 week summer holidays, by the end of them, you will all be glad of having the peace and quiet that this village, with no shops nor pubs, has to offer.
