City of Lights

We missed our local Torchlight Carnival on Saturday due to rain and several stormy days. Finally the weather settled down and I got to take the boys to Truro to see the City of Lights instead. It's definitely grander. I love allowing them to come out and enjoy the festivities at this time of year. There is something special about being allowed to stay up and go out past dark on a school night.
