Kingfisher

I've been doing a series of walks along the Water of Leith - Slateford to Balerno, and now Slateford downstream to Leith. This week's walk (in the rain!) was from Belford Bridge to Stockbridge and for the third successive week I was delighted to spot a kingfisher, this time at Bell's MIlls, in Dean VIllage. It sat in deep shade, but was still a delight to see.
Will next week's walk from Stockbridge to Canonmills yield another sighting? I hope so....
