flood reflections

The flooding in York has given me and plenty of other local photographers, plenty of material over the last week. Taken from the steps leading down to the river bank from Skeldergate Bridge to a little park used all year round as a place of refuge from the bustling streets beyond. A decaying leaf floats in the floodwater with reflections from the trees and a street light.
