Had the pleasure of being asked to Photograph the Michael Caines Academy students at Exeter Collage preparing a meal for distinguished guests at the Academy's celebration night.
It was great being in the environment of a busy kitchen with a two star Michelin chef directing the kitchen, Michael is a top guy who I have photographed many times but never seen him in action.
The 14 students on the programme are very lucky to have the opportunity to learn from a master, he had a great rapport with the students who had such respect for him.
A great night was had buy all including myself, and they fed me, Happy days!
