Take Good Care Of Yourself

This song sprung to mind, mainly because I like that style.  

So in the office early having battled through seriously honking weather and had a chat with my boss.  This went along the lines of "You need to be nicer to yourself, you're getting needlessly stressed."  Point taken.  I really could do with not being quite so hard on myself.

I've been getting more and more stressed by not being to answer questions straight away, and every time I have to say "I don't know", that evil little voice at the back of my head starts with "What do you actually know?"   And the pressure builds every time.

To that end I had a day of fixing small problems which allowed me to tick things off my to-do list.  That was quite cathartic.

And then on my way home I saw one of those scenes that make me wonder.  I saw a couple taking pictures of each other.

You might think that unremarkable.  But context is key here.

It was late Friday afternoon, the light was pretty much gone, it was pouring with rain, and they were taking pictures of each other in the Netto carpark on the Dotzheimer Straße.

I can imagine the conversation in 5 years time "Do you remember that weekend in Wiesbaden? We'd just been shopping at Netto and..."

This is probably where I fail.  I obviously don't make shopping at Netto memorable.
