Very Wet, Pastoral Scene.

When the cows are in the fields around our village you know that winter is almost here. They will soon disappear into barns, if they are lucky enough to be female, or go to that unmentionable place, if they are male. At least they will have had some life outside. And it is not their fault that they are the biggest contributor to methane gas in our atmosphere! We breed too many to cover our "needs". Just a little vegetarian rant, and yes, I do eat and drink milk products so I am equally to blame.....

Spent the whole day indoors in a school for the first time in 3 years, I loved being back in the classroom again (just observing) but retirement is even better! Now a fondue is being prepared by our eldest grand-daughter and friend, aren't I lucky?
