Muddy Boots

I've taken to picking up a Cappucino and scone (apple and cinnamon) en route to our walk on a Friday.

At Muddy Boots they have hens and goats in a pen and this fellow caught my eye.

It was a very wet walk underfoot and I met a great guy who was keen to chat about his recent abdominal aortic aneurysm.

We started the day with a grand call from Miss S down under-always braw to hear the latest news.

The day ended with sending out the meeting notes from last week's steering group for Dementia and end of life care. Hope there's a good proposal at the end of it.
