i was given this lovely pot plant today, beautiful colour.
I had given a colleague some costume jewellery (to cheer her up).

Nice long lunch with a colleague talking about the changes in the social care sector (she is a practice teacher) and how these changes will impact on the workforce. A career in Social work is different now - a bit like my nursing training back in 1980's, we carried out a lot of bedside nursing then and the sisters/staff nurses dealt with the paperwork etc - not like that nowadays .....
