Track and Field

Thomas and Ophelia ran in a warm up race each today prior to the Secondary Schools in 2 weeks. I caught up with Jesse who is now back from a couple of years in Canada and am looking forward to doing some more work with him, mostly on technique. A very cold day today. Marie is progressing well and a wee walk to today made her tired but all in all I can see she is getting better every day.
