Christmas Comes to Perth

Went into Perth today to visit the Christmas Fair, which co-incides with the Festival of Chocolate, but managed to come home with nothing.  It was perishing cold, so we kept having to pop into the large stores just to warm up and probably missed the best stalls!  

Tried to take photos of the reindeer, which were lovely, but far too many people milling around.  Ditto the owls and the huskies, so ended up taking a picture of a decorated organ with a piper as centrepiece, which was something I haven't seen before.  

Decided to pass on the arrival of Santa, the switching on of the lights  and the music from Showaddywaddy and Billy Ocean. The fireworks would have been lovely, but we'd have had to wait over an hour at 3 degrees, so not for us.  Must be getting old - and certainly feeling cold:-)

No snow here yet, but it can't be far away!
