The tides out

                          At Faversham know as The Kings port.

By the 11th century Faversham was an important port and it joined the Confederation of Cinque Ports as a “Limb” of Dover to help provide fighting ships for the nation in time of war.

Till about the 1930s the Creek was busy, now days it is only used for pleasure boats.
