Reach for the sky

I think the tree on the left might succumb to gravity during a storm before too long.
Camperdown Park, where we run parkrun, has some magnificent trees.
It was muddy and icy this morning but the sun shone. I got round fairly slowly and didn't cough too much, the coughing seems to be worst when I try to sleep.
Chatted in the café for ages afterwards, then took a boot-full of stuff for recycling and moved some of the mountain of compost that was left in the church car park and not all needed. My feeble efforts didn't make a lot of difference, we'll have to get some stronger people to help.
Mr Rat was away running an extremely muddy cross-country.
