Pevensey Bay

Noo has been a bit off colour today. He fell asleep after swimming yesterday, around 6pm, and was transferred from the car into bed. Needless to say, he woke me at 5.48am this morning - my only day off!! He lolled on top of me all morning, and was eager to go back to bed when I suggested it at 11.30. He woke up with a temperature, for which we persuaded him to take some Calpol, and perked up enough for a brief trip to the coast for medicinal purposes....

Meanwhile, GravyC and ZQ were more energetic - cross country running and rugby playing respectively ...
