Sunday moon

It didn't start off too promising, cold and frosty out this morning, nice though and not as cold as yesterday.
A short cycle run with my brother Alan this morning, grateful to him for that, need someone to keep me in check and stop pushing myself too hard, then getting no where.
It got a bit colder this afternoon, caught up with some badly needed housework though
Looks like it's going to be frosty tonight, although it's not forecast
