Somewhere over the rainbow...

A nice day in Ullapool today, there were some pretty intense rain showers interspersed with some nice sunny spells. We nipped up to the excellent Argyll Hotel and got a chat with an old friend Stephen who I went to school with and we used to do a Sunday paper round together.

It was great to get a catch up and I was going to blip him at his work, but unfortunately he got pipped by the majesty of nature.

Other people started showing up from around Noon onwards and there were quite a pile of us in the Seaforth by later in the evening.
