Snuggling Up for the Winter?

Not sure that this ladybird was still alive but didnt disturb her as she appeared to be looking for a winter home on this frozen sunflower .

Extra photo is a brave little rose.  This species only flowers once a year but this one must think that the recent mild weather is the new spring...if only.
