DRESSED TO KILL...

... they're everywhere throughout this city - they're freezing their assets off & looking pretty glum.

Getting downtown was a bit of a pain as there was no Metro & the buses were running at about 10% normal frequency & the punters not too chuffed.

They brought their sqaddiemobiles with them, (extra1) & while I was beginning to despair of ever catching a bus, the local Police had handcuffed this unfortunate, (extra2) & were marching him towards the cells round the back of the cop shop. 

So it goes...
