Indian Banquet.

This is a backblip as I completely forgot to make an entry for this night. I also forgot to take a photo. I took this one before our guests arrived for dinner but meant to take one of the table laden with deliciousness. I cooked Vegetable Pakhoras, Chicken Korma, Pork Vindaloo, Potato and Spinach curry served with home made Naan (which turned out fabulous) and raita. I decided not to cook Dahl as we had far too much. Dessert was a coconut Bavarois with mango. Washed down with a Wolf Blass (Australian) red which is cheaper over here than in Australia. So you can see I was a bit busy to take photos but we had a fabulous night.
