Looking Out Looking In

A view looking out from the restored and recently named Jubilee Pavilion in Lyme Regis.

Suddenly I seem to be getting light flares (patches of overexposure) in my blips. You can see this in the centre cross of the right two window frames of this shot. Has anyone got any ideas? Is my lens dirty?
