Sashimi konjac

Today i traveled to the world heritage island of Yakushima. Most of the photos are on my DSLR camera so I have used this one from my phone. It shows the prettiest course from the evening meal, but .....
It wasn't my favourite. Imagine eating a rather stiff jelly which tastes of nothing - a horrible texture on the mouth too, but I managed to pick up the pieces with my chopsticks.
