Turkey, Before......

 It's that time again---one of my son's least favorite days of the year! It's the day that I bake a turkey for the Baptist Community Center, filling our home with the tantalizing aroma of that baking turkey, but my family doesn't get even a taste. I think this year's bird is the biggest I've ever cooked, weighing in at 22, 24 lbs. I propped him up in the drainer for a before shot, but I didn't have the heart to ask him to smile!
