Tiny birds nest

Found this while out walking. Felt sad that its little occupants had probably fallen out and died. Don't know what sort of a nest it is but only 4cm across the top, They are always such works of art and each birds different and instinctively they know how to fashion them out of the finest of little feathers etc.
Nearly did myself in today. Sprayed the lawn in intense heat  late morning with a lawn boy. Really hard work pushing it on my sloping section. Hopefully that will have put paid to the dandelions and daisies. Have to redo it in a couple of weeks and one thing I know for sure , I will be waiting for a cooler day.
Have been out for dinner tonight and we sat outside to eat. So restful ands pleasant.
