Bonxie V Gannet

*Bonxie, AKA Great Skua, Catharacta skua, The Flying Rugby Ball.
This is a Gannet skimming the waves in an effort to escape the attentions of the Bonxie. The Skua is not after the Gannet itself, rather it is after the Gannets last meal.
Not long after this pic was taken, the Gannet was forced into the sea and the Bonxie kept harrying it until the Gannet regurgitated whatever fish it held in its crop. Unfortunately, this took place too far away for a decent picture.
