I spent most of the day at the Vibes Awards ceremony in Edinburgh - which recognises sustainable business practice across Scotland. There were some fantastic initiatives recognised - incredible innovation and commitment from all involved. Who knew a bookshop could be one of the pioneers of the circular economy? Wonderful.

This picture however is from an important event we were involved in running today - which saw young people from across Scotland coming together to discuss how we can become a fairer nation, and in particular tackle inequalities and poverty.

I wasn't there - this pic is from a colleague who was - but I was following it all on Twitter and it was just brilliant to see all the insight and passion coming through.

Really excited to see the outputs from the event when the team report back.
