Class of 2012

Graduation day!

What a fabulous day! We met up with Brian Porter this morning, and really enjoyed having our photos taken with the torch, although the in-laws were a bit shy. What an amazing job Brian is doing getting his torch out into the community and letting us all share in his joy.

Next we went off to graduation. Everyone was dressed in their best clothes, and took their turn going up on stage to collect their scroll. Lots of clapping from the assembled adults, and even a few glasses of bubbly. And best of all, the sun shone right until the main ceremony was finished. Daisy even got a quick bounce on the bouncy castle just before the rain clouds burst.

We took shelter having fish and chips, and then retreated home for cups of tea.
