Tonight's session led by Nike Master Trainer, Rory Knight.

All runners split into 1 of 3 speed ability groups. Following warm ups our pacers led us on a 1.5 mile run in the Olympic Park; I was in the 08:30 per mile pace group. Next up were 4 x 200m sprints at tempo pace with 90 secs rest in-between. Then another 1.5 mile run at 08:30 pace.

We finished with stretches and a gentle recovery run back to the store.

Two of our number, including my friend Chi Chi earned their free dri fit 'Runner' tshirt for having attended 10 NRC sessions.

I love my Thursday nights in E20.
