Deck Circuits!

We are putting up a fight against excess calories by morning walks around the deck. 4 laps = 1 mile. JF is using her Fitbit and we do 8 laps to reach 5000+ steps. By not using the lifts we can usually get to 10,000 steps by evening. Every little helps (we hope!)
