A quick snap

Busy day started with dropping Drusilla off at the vets for a scan and then on my way to work I had a desperate call from Mr Mouse saying I needed to come home as his dad had been taken off to hospital and we needed to go to his mums (father in law is her full time carer and she has only just got out of hospital after breaking her hip). FIL fine strain and exhaustion.

Onto Dru mixed news:
Dru is home ... More tests needed :( very definitely has an infection so she has had a long lasting antibiotic injection. Definitely early stages, but very early stages of kidney disease so special (by special read expensive) food (which of course we will get for her). Most worrying is something in her bladder 3 vets have all looked at the scan and don't think it's anything sinister, not the normal place for a tumour very smooth in appearance and at the bottom of her bladder so could be crystals or sludge. Hence the more tests urine is being sent off for a more comprehensive screen. Failing that being conclusive there is a type of internal xray that we can do next but that obviously requires a general so we'd rather avoid if not really needed and if needed delay for as long as we can in hopes the infection sorts itself out. Don't need to give her the NSAIDs anymore. So we have more information, but not a definite answer, could potentially be something nasty but very unlikely. Hopefully with the special diet she will be able to absorb the nutrients better and gain some weight. I think a certain little lady is going to get pampered
