Well, it's nearly December

Had to use up last years Christmas fruit mince, so lil tarts were on the menu. Making new fruit mince today, baked with grated apple, a good whack of butter and slivered almonds. I have to make it, I have a half bottle of Glendiddich that I don't like and I'm sure it will be awesome in a mince pie!
