Portsdown Hill

I like this view over Portsmouth, Cosham and Portchester from the top of Portsdown Hill. Mum and I enjoyed drinking tea and eating crisps in her friend's car here for a couple of hours in the morning. We spent the afternoon chatting with her friend Marlene whose husband suffers from severe alzheimer's disease, so any break in the routine for her is very much appreciated. Now looking forward to getting to know my brother's new ladyfriend who I have just met for the first time today. She seems very nice. Although I am not the most naturally garrulous person in the world, I am rather enjoying meeting new people on this trip.
