A Reasonably Nice Start To The Day

Luckily, the day started off quite pleasant ... (although ten minutes after this shot was taken, I had to run for cover when a squally rain shower passed over) ... :o|
The weather wasn't very warm, but the worst of the nights wind had died down ... and all the miserable drizzled had gone ... :o)
But the nice weather didn't last very long ... as the rest of the day turned out to be wet and windy again ... :o(
