Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

The Labyrinth Queen

It’s not easy to get Fiona to take a walk with us.. (my legs are too tired!) .. but after pancakes, looking for bugs and recording them in her bug journal (before letting them go, with food..)  and some studio time, we finally got on the trail to see a deer skeleton in the woods, and check on the few faeries in the faerie circle and then to the labyrinth which she does like.   She, the queen seer,  sat on the rock in the middle and we were all to ask her a question (“what is the meaning of life?”  “for you and your family to not be dead!”   "How does one find happiness?"  “Don’t be mad or angry.  only happy emotions.”   “what would you like to make today?”  “my own labyrinth”.  she can tell you the difference between a labyrinth and a maze now… "a maze has dead ends, there's only one way in a labyrinth")
So the blip has to be our outing…. we are so lucky with the weather.. cold but clear.   The extra is facing the other way, - the sun is too low to shine on us here this time of year after noon , but it was bright and blowing out the landscape in the distance.
H, K and I had a lovely quiet, dark sauna later…..
Leftovers for dinner much appreciated.!!

And then at 9:00PM Fiona had so much extra energy left to make a labyrinth inside the cabin and RUN thru it a zillion times. With few clothes on.   Maple, on the other hand has been running over the island all day back and forth is content to sleep by now… as were we! ( hence the backblip in the am:-) )
