Prayer Beads

Though they're not part of my up bringing, prayer beads have become one of my spiritual disciplines.

They just help to produce a conducive environment for me to meditate or to be quiet in.

These particular beads were a gift when I resigned from a teaching position quite a few years ago. My wife took them apart and created the bracelet that I now wear daily.
