Baked apple in English. Recipe courtesy of Two Greedy Italians It also contained walnuts, dates, biscuit, cinnamon and honey. It was delicious! Except for the ice cream it is a very healthy desert! Didn't actually need the ice cream on top but that was nice too!

Random Bits and Bobs

- We went to see 'The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel' at Eden Court. Really good film, really enjoyed it. It contained a line that I like to think is how I approach a lot of things in life - "Everything will be all right in the end... If it's not all right then it's not the end."
