Dumbing Down???

I was so relieved to see this helpful poster when I used the facilities at Seaton Town Hall. I have managed so far in my life to wash my hands without any further instruction than that which my mother gave me in the far off days of my youth. It is reassuring however to know that should I get muddled up with which order I should adopt and maybe try to dry them before putting on the soap, or rinse before I washed, then I have only to glance at this useful reminder to keep me on the straight and narrow. Whew!
