God is in the Detail - Advent Sunday 1

Seeing this visitor (Chrysoperla carnea) in our kitchen and looking at it through the olloclip lens reminded me of the quote by famous Ludwig Mies van der Rohe "God is in the Detail" I saw in his Villa Tugendhat in Brno. Amazing place, btw.

Today I enjoyed the first Advent Sunday. We do not really celebrate Chrismas but I do like the period of four weeks before Christmas comes. I made a simple advent 'wreath' and baked bread today (you can see them both in extras). 

Enjoy the meditative time of 'coming'.
