Travelling circus day 12

This morning we went to Curral de Frairas which translates to Nun's corral. They walked from Funchal through the mountains to a cattle corral to escape from the Pirates in the 1400s. A tight twisty road up the mountain but spectacular scenery.

Then when we got back we found clothes and the circus neatly arranged by the chambermaid!

A nice swim in the sunshine before going into Funchal this evening.
