Dog down

So today I adopted Bruno. He is a staffordshire bull terrier, not a breed I've ever really thought of before. They have a bad reputation, and half the dogs in the dog home are Staffies. But I think that's because they aren't tough, and people buy them wanting a tough dog. He is very affectionate. He's 11 years old, and so no-one wanted him. He seemed happy in his new home and settled in better than I expected. The real test is at the weekend when Pip comes over, as they have to get along.
