Colourful!

I have not posted a photo for abstract Thursday before, but today needed some brightening up!
Yet again, wet, dull and gloomy.
Thought I would play about with this photo taken from our bedroom window.Certainly more colouful than the original!

Sainsburys gave me my money back for the poinsettia with out any hesitation. So I went straight away and chose a new one, making sure that this time it was OK.  ( to be blipped at a later date!)

We have friends coming over for lunch tomorrow.
So this afternoon I have been preparing a special dessert, which I have not made before.
 It will either be fantastic, or a huge flop!
