This was considerably brighter than the news appears to be on the BlipCentral front. I find it very difficult to be enthusiastic about the latest anonymous bid for yet more funding. Many of us have paid out twice for certain benefits which were very quickly forgotten. We need considerably more information and names before any thoughts of further commitments.
