Feeling very off colour today

After a sleepless night coughing with a heavy cold, dragged myself out in the car as far as East  Park for some air and watched this Gull cruising back and forth over the lake..
Even  though I felt terrible the sight cheered me up, and the muted colours really fitted in with my rather downbeat mood.
