Ladybird, Ladybird

For the last three or four weeks the two-spotted ladybirds have been busy on the Angelica flowers. Sometimes there’s a queue. Now the results are evident. Larvae in various sizes are appearing. Today the little bunch of yellow eggs on the nearby bronze fennel hatched some very tiny larvae. The fennel is heavily infested with aphids. Ladybird paradise.
