Busy time.

It is a very busy time on the farm right now..... getting ready for shearing. All over New Zealand mobs of sheep are being mustered into the yards and woolsheds .A gang will come to shear the ewes and bale up all the wool. At the same time all the lambs will be dosed and dipped to keep them healthy through the summer. It really is such a busy time.
I was up at my farm to have our final book club of the year[we all loved "All the light we cannot see" by Anthony Doerr] and also to see the Christmas pantomime  [The Pied Piper ] at the local theatre. Whilst there my son got me to help with drafting this mob of ewes and lambs and dagging some of the ewes.
