Steam engine

A steam engine did today two round trips between Tampere and Nokia. I happened to be in Tampere when it came back first time. I chose the bridge over the upper end of the rapids to shoot it. Not a very good choice, it seems. The train is going downhill and/or slowing down as it's quite close to the station, so not much steam, and not enough noise either to be noticeable before coming to my field of view, and still going quite fast, so there was not much time to shoot. The bridge structure also covered the train quite a lot.

Well, at least it was good weather in the morning, unlike last night and today evening.

This is part of the #dec2015 Advent Calendar challenge. Theme today is "weekend". I think this fits well, as nowadays you probably can see a steam engine at work only on weekends.
