Blowing Glass

Today Arvin, Helena and I went to Gossimer Glass to blow ornaments. I did mine and Arvin's as he was not interested in making one and we had booked making three. This is Brian Kirkvliet who's glass studio we visited. He is building the hanging bit on another fellow's ornament. He does most of the work but we got to build the design with glass frit and bits and do the final blow. Now all the ornaments are slowly cooling in the aneeling oven. They will be ready tomorrow. We have done this several years. Each time it is such fun and the results are magical.
